What does the cleaning entail?
The Basic Cleaning Package includes vacuuming up of dead bed bugs, removal of fecal specking on headboards, mattresses and box springs. Additional services are available in an a la Carte fashion including: Sanding, Wall Cleaning and Sealing
Why do I need to clean up the signs?
Most guests are now educated about bed bugs and their signs. There are videos on line to show how to check your room when you check in. If guests see these old signs they will likely conclude that their room has bed bugs and seek reimbursement.
Can my regular housekeeper take care of this?
We have developed special techniques and use specific products to clean the bed bug signs. We have specialized training for our cleaners making them more effective at getting rid of the signs.
How long does the cleaning take?
Basic Cleaning Package will take 2 hours per room to clean. Additional services will require additional time from 1 to 3 hours per room. Cabin must be blocked for one day.
What are the best days to schedule cleaning?
You need to select a day when your room or cabin is unoccupied and when our technicians can have unfettered access to the room(s). Any day of the week is possible.
What does your service cost?
Some start at $150 per room. Fees for additional services are posted on the website under Services.
